New Report design and several report enhancements
We've just pushed the new Reports as a preview for all users. You can access them by going to the "Reports" where you will see the option to switch to the new Reports in the right sidebar.
Please have a look and let us know if you have any questions or comments. You can do so either here or with the dedicated feedback link within the new Reports.

Hello! Would there be a chance you could develop a report or feature where any user can review what their most recent 10-20 actions were in helpmonks? The reason this would help is if we accidently assign a email to a wrong user or mark as closed, it can be hard for us to find that email if we are not 100% sure of the email subject line or content.
As mentioned we are working on the new reports and will show more details and especially summaries.
Attached is one of these reports. When clicking into the headers of any summary you will be taken to the detailed report section. Hence, the user activities will show what is happening in more detail.
That said, this design is a WORK IN PROGRESS and NOT FINAL.
I'm showing it so you can see what is coming and we are taking your request under consideration.
P.S.: Going to merge this into the general report post.
We are also adding a report on how many workflows have been applied to emails during a specific time-frame.
Hello! Can you also work on creating a report to be able to pull up a bar graph based on how many customers/companies email us within a specific date range?
Yes, those numbers will also be available in the new reports. Not sure about the graphical aspect of it (we are still looking into creating a UI for the new reports that fits most requirements). As soon as we have something to show, we will post it here.
Hi, Can you include the following in the reporting?
*resolution time (time when the ticket is resolved)
We are working on new reports (coming soon) that should be able to include this and much more. I'm going to merge this with the new reports request.
