Just a quick update on the progress here.
The last few weeks we have been steadily working on the re-design, and while this is a major re-factoring job (we re-design really everything), we see that we hit major milestones almost weekly.
Hence, we are confident that we can provide a preview in 6-8 weeks.
Hello Nitai! Can you please provide a rough ETA as to when the re design with the three pane window (similar to outlook) will be available?
As you might have seen, we've changed the status from "planning" to "in progress" four days ago, i.e., we are now actively working on adding the new design.
After working with the new design framework and on the implementation, I can see that we make steady progress, and some parts are easier to change than we thought.
That said, I wish I could provide an ETA for when it's ready, but I can't. My estimate is that we'll have re-designed most parts in four-six weeks. We are making some major design changes, especially on how to work with emails, and we don't want to take this lightly or rush it.
As soon, as we have a working stage for you, we will make it available so you can switch to it, i.e., just like we did with the new reports recently.
Based on your feedback, we've prioritized the "double click" so messages open in a new browser window (another option is to ctrl+click on a message to open in a new tab) Can that suffice for the moment, or is there some pressing matter?
when you click ''reply'' to a mail with CC contacts, the default setting is to do a ''reply all'' , could we change this to a simple ''reply'' of have a dropdown so we can select which one to use?
we often receive mails with a lot of CC contacts, who in fact have nothing to do with that email or with our reply...

Hi Anthony! This feature has been noted and will consider it in our future version. For now, to remove users in CC, when you reply de-select users in the CC field. Thank you.

Hello Nitai. Are you able to provide a rough timeline of when this re-design to allow for a preview dashboard will be available in Helpmonks?
We have no ETA yet. As you can imagine, a re-design is quite a large undertaking and we also need to keep our customers in the loop. Also, we want to create a preview so customers can preview the whole process.
We do have wireframes and static previews that I'll be happy to share with you so you and your team can see what is coming. If you want that, we can set up a meeting.

Is there a way we can click into a email where we can get a preview of the email while still being in the inbox?

At the moment there is no preview like this, however you can right-click on a message and then select to view the email in a preview window (see screenshot).
That said, we are planning a total re-design of Helpmonks. That re-design will include a preview option, i.e., a three-pane view. There is a "request" on here, and I encourage you to follow that to stay up-to-date (updates.helpmonks.com/b/feature-requests/re-design/)
